Dr. Chun Ju Chang is a respected cancer researcher and professor whose career bridges Taiwan and the United States. Currently serving as a Professor at China Medical University in Taiwan, she is recognized for her contributions to cancer biology and her mentorship of the next generation of scientists. She previously held a faculty appointment as Associate Professor at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in New York, where she combined groundbreaking research with leadership in education. Dr. Chang earned her Ph.D. at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center. Over her career, she has received numerous awards, including the AACR Women in Cancer Research Scholar Award, the Amgen Award in Basic Science Research, and the Heath Memorial Fund Outstanding Research Publication Award. She is also an active member of the American Association of Cancer Research’s Women in Cancer Research group, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing science and supporting women in the field.
